Confocal Microscope Leica TSC SP8 DSL Hyvolution

The Confocal Microscope Leica TSC SP8 DSL Hyvolution is a complete equipment that brings together several possibilities. In addition to being a Confocal with four laser lines (405, 488, 552 and 638nm), it includes a Hyvolution super-resolution system and a new technology called Light sheet / DSL.
Hyvolution allows the increase in lateral resolution up to 140nm, which means samples with higher detail, especially in small structures, and Light sheet / DSL allows the view of large and complete samples such as embryos, zebrafish and various specimens.
The system is in an inverted microscope, adapted to examine fixed and living specimens and has an incubation system and CO2, TDL BF detector for transmitted illumination, DIC and motorized platinum.
It features Software for Time Lapse experiments, Multi-channel (DAPI / FITC / Rhodamine overlay), Hyvolution / Deconvolution (for higher resolution, Mosaic, multiple positions and 3D).
